I was beyond thrilled to win ~ I've followed Stacy's lovely blog for ages and know that she loves beauty and quality and vintage items, and was happily surprised to find she had added a few extra items, too!

Her killer French/Old World decorating style really do it for me! She has also been a seller on eBay for a number of years and has recently opened an Etsy store and also has a beautiful website that you vintage lovers really must see!

Show and Tell Friday 3-4-2011

I am sharing one of my favorite "hand" vases today. I have started amassing quite a collection of these.

This one is so sweet with her softly pink manicured fingernails and is holding a purse with little lilies of the valley on it.

I also collect "intial" items and a sweet blogger gifted me with the beautiful S tag a year or so ago.

It is made from anaglyptic wallpaper, millinery flowers, vintage lace, and pearls.

While shopping last week, I came across two sweet little vintage lockets that had to come home with me.

The first is a very pretty taupe/cream cameo

I just love how someone pasted their love on the back

The next is a true double locket with a beautiful portrait lady.

Although she is scuffed a bit, I still love her.

This one appears to have a father and possibly a mother and grandmother inside.

How on earth could anyone part with these sweet family heirlooms?

And how could I NOT bring them back with me

 and give them a new loving forever home?!?
