PINK SATURDAY 1 Yr. Anniversary! 5/30/09

Thought it would be fitting to feature a PINK birthday cake with one star candle in honor of the one year anniversary of PINK SATURDAY!! Of course, Muffin decided to be in the picture, too! He is always very curious when I make pictures & thinks he should be in the center of all of them. I often times just crop him out, but he looks so sweet that I left him in this one!

PINK SATURDAY is the terrific brainchild of our own sweet Beverly at How Sweet the Sound. She tirelessly heads up the glorious PINK party each week & we are all so indebted to her for the gorgeousness she spurs us on to create/share! I honestly can't remember what Saturdays were like before this!! Please visit her here to see all the other PINK participants today!

This lovely Bailey Banks & Biddle chocolate brown box tied in pink ribbon was gifted to me by my daughter & soon to be son-in-law the night before their wedding at the rehearsal dinner about a year and a half ago.
Inside was this darling sterling silver cha-cha bracelet of pink & ivory pearls with a pink breast cancer awareness ribbon charm, a cause close to my heart. This gift was in appreciation for the work I did in helping plan their wedding.

The lovely blingy votive candle was a gift from my sweet friend & PRH Sister Katie of Rose Breeze Boutique. She used my daughter's chosen colors of pink/brown to decorate the votive for me to keep in remembrance of the wedding.

I love bling & couldn't resist showing you my pink ring, a pink Swarovski bracelet, & a gold cuff bracelet with sparkling pink rhinestones.

I recently purchased these pretty pink sandals for Easter & so enjoy wearing them.

Love my sweet glittery lovebirds on a pink heart

My precious friend & PRH Sister Lorena of Rose Chic Friends gifted me with this adorable PINK chenille tassel. It hangs proudly on my bedroom dresser mirror. I love the individual clay roses that she sculpts & uses on many of her items. She puts so much thought & love in everything she creates.

Ending this post with a favorite little ornament of mine ~ a PINK mini-chandelier ~ how perfect!

Happy PINK SATURDAY Hugs,
