One of my antique mirrors, this one with beveled scallops, etched florals, and convex bull's eyes.
I love my silver mint julep cup that my parents gave me and I have it filled with pink roses.
A cream pin money purse with pink roses sits atop some of my father-in-law's old school books and a delicate lace hanky.

Aren't they just the cushiest, most comfy looking things ever?!?!
Found this pink Crosley Pay Phone ~ I'd love to have one of these! Wouldn't it be a fun conversation starter?!?!

Lovely pink for a lovely Pink Saturday. Whenever I see multiple fabrics on furniture, I smile. When we first arrived in Hong Kong in 1992, we were given a furniture budget. It was less expensive than shipping all of our furniture for my husband's employer. I had a ball and bought lovely draperies and some really pretty soft furnishings. The Chinese decorator tried to match the couch, loveseat, and wing chair to the drapes. Somehow they ran out of the fabric, and she said that she could use the alternate one instead. When the chair arrived it was covered in both fabrics, and I loved it. Mistakes turn into discoveries.

The chairs and ottomans with coordinating fabrics are a favorite of mine. I would redo all my rooms with these if possible. Love the phone, I had one but it was not pink. Should have painted it right?
