Show and Tell Friday ~ Clear Leaded Glass Window

Today I'm linking up with our sweet hostess Cindy of My Romantic Home for Show and Tell Friday.

I found this awesome antique window, all chippy, shabby, and charming on Monday, so I snapped a pic of it for hubby......

By Tuesday it was MINE!

Hubby worked the better part of the afternoon on Thursday to put it above our front door.....

Ladders and Heights are NOT two of his favorite things.

But he did this for me.....

And after two trips to Home Depot......

And some mega chunky, built to hold up to 800 lbs., mega links....

Hubby assured me this was NOT gonna fall down.

And she lived happily ever after.......

                                       or at least until
                                      the next decorating scheme hatches!!

                                          Big Hugs,

Stephanie,
My o My!! What a fantastic window and what a wonderful place to have hung it!!
Now isn't your hubby just a sweetheart....first getting it for you and then hanging it!!
Glad you liked my comment about my mother. She truly hated to do any crafts and let everyone know it!!
She was a pip!!
