PINK SATURDAY & a Special Birthday!
Saturday is my granddaughter's 12th birthday!! Happy Birthday, Sweetie!! She has always brought us such joy & happiness in all that she does! We love her dearly & will be helping her celebrate along with about 20+ of her "closest" friends today! LOL ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
This is the biggest PINK ice cream cone I've ever seen, so of course I had to snap a pic of it. I'll post more about it & the cute place we ate next week.
A pink lamp I refurbished & sold last year. Not quite the soft pink shades that I love, but more of a Pepto Bismol pink! Next to it is one of my favorite plates ~ Scarlett by Garneau. I added one of my pink hand vases, too. I got the funniest comment from someone thinking it was odd that I collect body parts......well, there are at least TWO of us, right, Vic?!? We'll have to get together & do a post on all our hands soon!

A pretty little oil painting I bought at a garge sale for $3.00, a small pink doily from Artsy Mama, a favorite pink demitasse cup & saucer, & a pink angel that is listed for sale on my selling blog, Angelic Accents a la Carte.

My Grandma had that same painting (girl in the bonnet) in her basement all through my childhood. What a nice thing to see again.

Hello Stephanie, As always you got all the goodies. I love pinky and blue boy. My mother had the prints in italian frames with bauble glass. I had to have my pair at home too. They have some interesting history behing them I have to share in my blog sometime.
Beautiful *pink* treasures! The lamp is so pretty, and so is the little oil painting. $3? What a bargain! I love finding treasures like that!
