PINK SATURDAY 4/25/09

PINK SATURDAY 4/25/09

On this, another glorious PINK SATURDAY, I would like to share with you a few of my favorite vintage PINK ROSES cache' pots.....

My little grandson seems to be asking, "Hmmm, Mimi, do you think this pic will pass as a PINK Saturday pic as long as there is a hot pink pillow behind me?!?!".

Please visit our sweet hostess, Beverly of How Sweet the Sound to visit more Pink Saturday participants!

**And remember to come back & visit me again early in the week when I start my 2 year blogiversary giveaway!!

What a lovely collection of cache pots - and your grandson definitely qualifies with his pink cheeks and sweet expression! I missed visiting you last week (I flaked after visiting 49 blogs) so just looked at that one as well. What a glorious cake - absolutely beautiful icing.

Happy Pink Saturday for last week and this.

OK, we both love the frosting. We both have that bunny. I don't live in Texas but I really do ♥ the state. Years ago I lived in Galveston and in Corpus Christi.

Now, let's you and I go out into the big world an FIND THAT FROSTING. This week I intent to visit some of my local bakeries and ask them about the recipe. None of them use it but I know bakers keep all sorts of things that they don't need! Hey, look at me, I have piles of cookbooks and I know I'd have to live until the end of time to use all of them!

Have a great day!
