Beautiful tea set and I just adore the button hook and shoehorn. I have some old silver flatware that I got at Goodwill and don't know what to do with them. Maybe something will strike me in the middle of the night. Love seeing your beautiful collections. Hugs, Pat

Oh so very very beautiful!! I have two sets of makeup brushes with those style handles. They are reproduction but sometimes I imagine they have a past as I dust on the finishing powder haha! I would love a set of those you have. Maybe when I visit the flea market in Dallas I will have to look!

Thanks for your lovely words on my blog!

I can't imagine the patience that it took to use that button hook when putting on your shoes. Alas, what we do for fashion. They are beautiful pieces of silver.

Hi Dear Stephanie,
Oh what lovely treasures of silver. Love that shoe horn and button hook. The detail on the ends are beautiful.
Your tea set is gorgeous and how nice to enjoy it on your kitchen table. I like that idea.
So glad you could spend the day with Mr. K and I am so glad you are starting to feel better too.

I so enjoyed your email and those pics are wonderful. I have missed you last week and will email back soon. I am getting back in the swing of my routines after vacation. It always takes me a day or two, but happy to be back in the studio.

Thank you for stopping by today.

Love you dear friend,
Celestina Marie

Stephanie, your silver is so shiny and pretty. I wish I enjoyed polishing silver. Will you come polish mine? How unique the shoehorn and button hook are. I can't imagine having to use those items when I was getting dressed. I would never get ready to go anywhere! What a pretty tea set. laurie

Your Silver is "STUNNING"! Can you imagine a sterling silver "shoe horn". Everything of yesteryear is SO ELEGANT and lovely... No wonder my Dad and Father in Law LOVE the most delicate of tea cups. It WAS the way they were brought up...They hate MUGS. Those button hooks are WONDERFUL and I actually use them for blouses with tiny little buttons. They are VERY useful... Thank you for sharing all your treasures with us. I'm joining you as a follower because...WELL... I LOVE all the things you do....
I would love for you to follow me to and maybe we can have "tea in my garden"...
Hugs, Donna
