PINK SATURDAY 10-09-2010

My PINKS that I'm sharing today
are what LOVE looks like!

In the form of sweet surprise gifts to my granddaughter from
Sweet SISSIE at Sissie's Shabby Cottage.

Sissie knew that my 14 yr. old granddaughter was going to re-do her bedroom in Paris Apt. Chic, so she hopped to it and got her started in the right direction......
And believe me when I tell you that Sissie KNOWS how to decorate!!
She has possibly THE most beautiful home ever!

Sissie sent Autumn this beautiful decorated tray, several pretty boxes, lovely tags, a glittered seashell, and handpainted Paris ribbon.

Autumn has become quite a fan of anything with the Eiffel Tower on it, so this pretty box was just perfect for her!

And doesn't this pretty box (which just so happens to match Autumn's new bedspread EXACTLY!) just say it all?!?!

The following gift was sent to me by one of my dearest friends ever
Sweet CELESTE of Celestina Marie Designs!

I had a rough month healthwise toward the end of summer and Celeste took pity on me and really helped cheer me up with a precious "get well" package ~ a heart ornament that I had swooned over from her collection of handpainted ornies!
I'm so excited to finally have one of her hearts ~ I have TONS of her handpainted treasures but I really did NEED this heart!

Celeste's packages are always so prettily wrapped!

These sweet ornie will be displayed prominently year round.....

and it will look hummmm-docious on my PINK tree this Christmas!

Much love to Sissie for loving my granddaughter and much love to Celeste for always being there for me!!

Sissie has a fabulous Etsy shop here

Celeste has an incredible Etsy shop here

All you PINKETTES should really do yourself a favor and stop by and visit both these adorable gals. They have wonderful WONDERFUL items at great prices that will make terrific gifts for this coming holiday season!

And please visit our dear PINK SATURDAY Hostess Beverly of How Sweet the Sound ~ be sure to tell her hi and to thank her for all the hard work she does to make this such a fun day of the week for us all!

And by the way, THIS is what REALLY HAPPY looks like!

And she was even wearing her pink cupcake pj's!!

Good Morning Stephanie Sweetie...
What a beautiful share this morning. I absolutely love the Paris things that sweet Sissie sent. She is such a doll. Won't they look sweet in the grand daughter's bedroom? I can't wait to see a finished picture of it all. (I also adore those pjs with the pink cupcakes, she is precious sweetie, just precious.)

I too am a BIG fan of Celeste, as I have quite a few pieces of her art amongst my home. She paints exquisitely anything and everything. How sweet for her to send you a get well box of love. I hope you are feeling better. After 5 months of sickness I know where you are coming from. I thank God for friends like you too who have been such a great support system for me. Our blogger sisters are just the best.

Thanks for the beautiful share. Have a gorgeous weekend sweetie. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

WEll, I can hardly believe you have a 14 year old granddaughter. You don't look much over 40!!

A Paris-themed bedroom sounds lovely. What young gal wouldn't find such a room totally delightful!! She'll want to spend ALL her time in her bedroom now.

I don't know Sissie, but I DO know Celeste. She is a dear blog friend of mine as well. Her work is totally gorgeous. What a lovely gift she gave to you.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Hugs,
Patti
