Show Us Your Roosters Party

The Rooster Party is HERE all you chicks and roosters!! Our lovely hostess for this barnyard event is Barb of Bella Vista so stop by her blog here to see all the other participants!
I can't remember the last time I was so excited about a party.......So......
let's all
SHAKE OUR TAIL FEATHERS
and get this party started!
I'm going to show you the ever growing FOWL of our home, but first, two adorable chandeliers I would one day like to have.

This one is REALLY doing it for me! I think it would look terrific with my pink/green toile kitchen chairs that I re-did!! Click here to see them.

I think this lamp would be great for Barb's home

Now, for my home tour.......

My old German pine cupboard is absolutely full of Rooster/Hen plates, graduated pitchers, and measuring bowls. Atop sits a cannister set and a small wooden rooster pull toy.
My rooster planter & plates in the cupboard

Cross-stitch that I did back in 1988

An old Prince Albert can that was repainted years ago ~ I purchased it at a flea market.

Sigma jam server and spreader and salt and pepper shakers

Teensy rooster pitcher ~ Teensy orphaned salt shaker
A corner of my kitchen
I told you I even have mirrors in the kitchen! Hubby, Daddy and I made the silverplated teapot lamp.

Hasn't everyone had one of these salt-dough creations sometime or another?
"You Are Special" plate handpainted by Karen Daugherty, a gift from my special friend, Vickie of Visuals by Vickie

Small Porcelain Limoges Style Rooster and Barn Hinged Box

My most special Royal Doulton Rooster
~Chanticleer~

Trio of Rooster Oil Paintings in our kitchen nook

Sigma Rooster/Hen Dishes

Cross-stitch I did many years ago ~ I found the pattern and my precious Daddy built the wooden clock casing for me. Mother has one that is stained.

Adorable little bunny courtesy of my sweet friend Amy of Bunny Rose Cottage

Small Cloche with one of my favorite teensy roosters

International Tableware ~ Windy Hill (named for the weather vane theme)

I forgot I had this Chicken Ranch Saloon Birdhouse. Found it in a box in the utility room. Talk to me just right and I will sell it to you as it is brand new & I just placed it outside to be pictured. It will be listed Friday on my selling blog here.

What a conversation starter!!

I am also selling this pair of rooster/hen prints on my selling blog, too.

I just can't wait to see all the other roosters out in blogland today!
Happy Rooster Hugs & Pecks!
